Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains your options and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns within 30 days

You can return an item within 30 days of delivery if you are not happy with it.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with any labels attached. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept worn or washed baby clothing.
  • To start a return, email [support email] with your order number and the reason. We will reply with return instructions.
  • Please send the item back within 14 days of our reply and keep proof of postage.
  • For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the buyer. Because we ship from overseas, return postage can cost more than the item. If so, we may offer you a partial or full refund without asking you to send it back.

Wrong size

If the size does not fit, you can return the item as above and place a new order in the size you need. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered:

  1. Email [support email] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging.
  2. We will reply within 1 to 2 business days.
  3. At your choice, we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
  4. You do not pay return postage for faulty or incorrect items, and we may ask you to keep the item instead of sending it back.

Orders that do not arrive

If your order has not arrived within 10 days after the latest delivery date in our Shipping Policy, contact us and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund, at your choice.

How refunds are paid

  • Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
  • Once we approve a refund, please allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear. Your bank or card provider may need extra time.
  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at [support email].
