Thank you for shopping with Snoopy Snug. Here is exactly what to expect when you order.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe and Singapore. The destinations available to you are shown at checkout.

Delivery time

Our onesies are made to order in small batches and sent to you directly from our manufacturing partner overseas, so delivery takes longer than from a local shop.

International shipping	8 to 14 days
Total estimated delivery	5 to 7 weeks from your order date

Delivery can take longer during busy periods or because of customs or carrier delays. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, so please order well ahead of birthdays or other events.

Order updates and tracking

• You will receive an order confirmation by email straight after payment.
• We will email you again if your delivery estimate changes.
• Your tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to start updating, and your parcel may be passed to a local carrier for the final delivery.

If your order is late or lost

If your order has not arrived within 10 days after the latest delivery date given above, email us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, at your choice, send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not been dispatched, you can cancel it at any time for a full refund. 

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately. We can correct it before dispatch. After dispatch we cannot change it, and we are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout.
